Gutter Cleaning

Gutter cleaning that clears the whole run, not just the easy corners.

Fraser Valley rain doesn't negotiate. When a gutter is packed with needles and leaf mulch, water finds another way down — usually along your siding and past your foundation.

Gutter Cleaning done the Spartan way

Gutters are the least glamorous part of a house and the most unforgiving when neglected. A blocked trough overflows in the first serious rainfall, and the water goes wherever gravity takes it: down the fascia, behind the soffit, into the flowerbeds against the foundation.

We clear the trough by hand, take the debris away with us rather than leaving it in a pile on your lawn, and check that water actually moves toward the downspouts before we call it done. If we spot something worth knowing about while we're up there — a loose bracket, a separated seam, a downspout that isn't draining — we tell you. No alarm, no pressure, just the information.

Gutter Cleaning FAQ

Common questions

How often should gutters be cleaned in the Fraser Valley?

Once a year is the minimum for most homes, done in late autumn after the leaves have finished dropping. Properties under heavy conifer cover often need twice a year, because needles fall year-round and pack down tighter than leaves.

Do you clean the outside of the gutters too?

That's a separate task — the black streaking on the gutter face is oxidation and road film, and it needs cleaning rather than just rinsing. It's available as an add-on, so ask for it when you request your quote.

What do you do with the debris?

We bag it and take it with us unless you'd prefer it left for your own green waste bin. Either way, we don't leave it on your lawn or in the beds.

Can you clear the downspouts as well?

We check that downspouts are flowing as part of the job. Genuinely blocked downspouts sometimes need extra work to clear — we'll tell you what's involved before doing anything additional.

Do I need to be home?

Generally not, as long as we have safe access around the property. We'll confirm access details when we book.
